1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DayBite.

2. License

You receive a non-transferable, extended-access license to use DayBite for personal routine organization.

3. No Medical Advice

DayBite is an organizational software platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Whop. Charges may appear as WHOP* DAYBITE.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (7-day window).

6. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
